Return and Exchange Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Issues
For packages lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Customer-Initiated Returns
Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please check our sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you for an updated address. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
